Monday, Nov. 6
Theft: Blue Bell Road—63 sheets of siding were stolen from a construction site valued at $3,100.
Unattended Death: Mount Meeker Avenue—A 31-year-old female was reported to be unconscious and not breathing. CPR was unsuccessful. Investigations responded.
Tuesday, Nov. 7
Non-Injury Motor Vehicle Accident: Bunyan Avenue—A female reported a male on a motorcycle laid his motorcycle down, scratching the side of her vehicle in a business parking lot. Insurance information was exchanged between the motorists.

Thursday, Nov. 9
Warrant Arrest x2: Second Street—A male was contacted with two outstanding misdemeanor warrants and was booked at the Larimer County Jail.
Third-Degree Assault/Domestic Violence/Child Abuse x3: Redwood Circle—A male assaulted his wife after she tried to take his beer away from him because he was trying to drive. All three kids were present for the assault and gave details of the events. The male took off when deputies first arrived in his vehicle but was later taken into custody. The male was found to be intoxicated and was booked at the Larimer County Jail.
Driving Under the Influcene/Speeding/Possession of Cocaine: Highway 287 and 19th Street Southeast—A male driver was seen leaving Berthoud at approximately 32 miles per hour over the posted speed limit. After a K9 sniff, 2.61 grams of cocaine was found in his vehicle and the male was found to be under the influence of alcohol. He was booked at the Larimer County Jail.
Friday, Nov. 10
Non-Injury Motor Vehicle Accident/Failure to Yield: County Road (CR)10E/Berthoud Parkway—A female driver turned into another vehicle at this intersection. The at-fault driver was summonsed into Berthoud Municipal Court.
Non-Injury Motor Vehicle Accident/Failure to Yield: Highway 287/Berthoud Parkway—A male driver ran the red light at this intersection and collided with the rear end of another vehicle.
Lost Property: Massachusetts Avenue—A female reported she drove off with her wallet on the roof of her vehicle.
Missing & Located Juvenile: Berthoud—An adult female flagged down a deputy to report that her daughter was missing. The female juvenile was safely located by deputies approximately ten minutes after the initial report was received.
Felony Possession of Controlled Substances/Possession of Drug Paraphernalia: Great Basin Court—A male was contacted on a traffic stop leaving a local business and stated he was returning a purse to a female. The driver provided consent to search the vehicle, locating 19.05 grams of methamphetamine, drug paraphernalia and identifying information for the female within the purse. The female was located at a residence and confirmed the purse as hers. She resisted arrest, resulting in a control hold and was booked uncooperative.
Saturday, Nov. 11
Felony Driving Under the Influence of Drugs: Fourth Street/Water Avenue—A male driver was contacted on a traffic infraction. The driver completed roadsides in a manner not consistent with sobriety and was taken into custody. The male had three prior DUI convictions and was booked at the Larimer County Jail.
Protection Order Violation: Woodcock Street—A female reported that her son’s father violated a no-contact order by texting her. The male denied sending the messages but said no one else had access to his phone. The male refused to turn himself in and a warrant is forthcoming.
Sunday, Nov. 12
Possession of Methamphetamine/Possession of Fentanyl/Driving Under Revocation: Grand Market Avenue—A female was contacted asleep at the wheel at a gas station. Drug paraphernalia was observed inside the car in plain view and a search revealed user amounts of methamphetamine. The female tried to conceal a fentanyl pill underneath a ring while being arrested. The female is on bond for three fentanyl distribution cases and several more possession cases. She was booked at the Larimer County Jail.
Vehicle Theft/Vehicular Eluding x2: Woodcock Street—Deputies received an automatic license plate alert (ALPR) on a vehicle bearing stolen license plates. Deputies located the vehicle at Woodcock Street and the vehicle left before a stop was initiated in the parking lot. Deputies caught up to the vehicle at Woodcock Street and Berthoud Parkway and attempted a stop. The vehicle fled northbound and a short pursuit was initiated. The pursuit was self-terminated by the deputy for public safety concerns. As deputies were contacting occupants from the vehicle that was dropped off in the parking lot, a second pursuit was initiated at Highway 287 and Berthoud Parkway after the vehicle was located and made an abrupt u-turn in front of the deputy. That pursuit was also self-terminated by the deputy. The driver was identified and a warrant is forthcoming.
