Wednesday, Feb. 8
Valentine Card Party at St. John the Evangelist Church’s Council of Catholic Women on Wednesday, Feb. 8, 12-4 p.m., in their Bread of Life Hall at 1730 W. 12th St., Loveland. A $5 ticket will get you an afternoon of card games and fun, dessert and coffee and a chance for one of the many door prizes. Cards are provided. Saturday, Feb. 11
Bring your children to the Glass of Art to create a canvas proxy heart for their Valentine. Feb 11, 2 p.m., $20.

Monday, Feb. 13
The school district seeks to serve all students within its boundaries. One population given special focus is students of unhoused families, those referred to as “homeless”. On Monday, Feb. 13 at 9 a.m. at the Methodist Church (820 Ninth St.) district staff will give a presentation on the needs and resources of these students in the Berthoud-Loveland community. Ways that churches and non-profits can assist will be addressed. The presentation is both informative and inspiring. The public is urged to attend.

The Larimer County Humane Society is in need of donations. For every animal who comes through our doors, our primary goal is to make their stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. Your support, care, and love for all animals makes that possible.

House of Neighborly Service in Berthoud is available to help with food baskets, utilities, prescriptions and resources. Donations of cereal, canned goods (soup and fruit), paper towels and toilet paper are needed and financial contributions are always welcome.
