Annual chamber awards recognize Berthoud givers

By: Melissa Feldbush | Special to the Surveyor | February 05, 2021 | Local News

Every year, the Berthoud Area Chamber of Commerce gives membership awards to Berthoud businesses and organizations that go above and beyond with and for the community and the Berthoud Chamber. We are proud to have an amazing and diverse membership that is out doing amazing things in and for our community every day, every year.

As we started to look back at 2020 and evaluate who to give our annual awards to — we realized there was no way to make that decision. So many businesses stepped up and went above and beyond for our community this year, so many businesses have struggled through adversity and rallied to success, and so many have had to redefine what success was for them in 2020. Many more have had to pull back and adjust but will come back stronger once we find our way back to a more normal track. It was impossible to narrow our choices down to just one per our typical categories — and we cannot express enough our appreciation for our membership. You have all been so inspiring this year and we would like to recognize every member for your resiliency and determination in 2020.

We had hoped we would be able to celebrate our membership in person at our annual gala but for now it is our sincere hope we will be able to meet everyone back in person again soon and find a path back to our normal over the course of this year.

We would like to mention those that received nominations from their peers and have listed them below. This is in no way a complete list, but we wanted to acknowledge and thank those that took the time to complete our nomination forms and highlight all the amazing feedback. Thank you all!
